Dear sir, i bought a motor bike last month from the HERO motor corp. so far, 2-3 days before i went their showroom with my passion pro bike to avail for first free service, but they people just kept me hold there without providing any waiting slip or any registration for 2-3 hours so far, tell me can any one efford such type negligence even being a customer of HERO motor corp i also have to face misbehaviour by the dealer. i w'd like to draw ur attention please suggest me how i deal with them in a legal way. thanks
