Non delivery of vechile

I have booked hero plesure scooter on july after paying rs5000.Subsquently the dealer (DIYA MOTORS KOLLAM) has asked me to pay the cost of the for immediate delivery and I remitted Rs35000 on 1-08 the cost of the vechile. But till the date they haven't delivered the vehicle, despite my repeated request. On my enquiry the vehicle was availble through "HARITHA FINANCIERS" without any delay. Now they informed me that they are ready to refund the paid amount and not ready to deliver the vehicle..

Hence take urgent step to deliver the vehicle without any more delay.
