Fork replacement

I bought Splendor on 29 feb at Hyderabad venkateshwara motors. From the beginning the vehicle is having problem with the fork and rising pain in hand (Shoulder pain) while riding the bike. I have taken lot of effort to solve the problem with the showroom. Till now they have not solved the problem. I have given the bike atleast 5times and informed them to replace the fork with a new one but none at the service centre are ready to help me. I am just roaming around the service centre to get this issue fixed. I spoke with M.Santosh Kumar, After that Spoke with Shashi kanth and recently with Vijay Kumar and the vechicle is still with the Venkateshwara Motors Service Centre and Also contacted the corporate office in Himayathnagar, Hyderabad but there was no response from them. Please help me..
