SUB: land phone not working 0471-2555085

From the 25 of feb our phone has not been working we have registered complaint through telephone but no records were given and no action has been taken so far, as this is a institution (motorcycles servcing dealer) dealing with customers outgoing & incomming hence it creates a lot of problems from customers. So, I kindly request you to look into the matter at the earliest and sort out our problem.
