Not delivering the cylinders on time in Kellambakkam area

I have booked for a cylinder on 20th of Nov, Till today, we didn't received the cylinder. Its almost 30 days now. In our area (Kellamballam) only facing this problem. In other areas they are serving the cylinders in 10 to 12 days. In our area only there is a problem. I think the problem is with the delivery person. I asked the persons around my house they said, he won't deliver the cylinders on time. He is selling the cylinders in black market. Bachelors in our area don’t have gas connections, but they are getting the cylinders in one day. They are giving 800 to 1000 for a cylinder. What the delivery man do is just picking up the empty cylinders from the consumers and saying that tomorrow I will provide the filled cylinder by tomorrow, but it takes even a month to get back the cylinder.
