Dear ITBC customer service agents

pls note that i have purchased the book the history of the world in November through cheque no.456341 cleared on 5th nov fr rs.2199.00...

along with the book i was offered a reebok watch, an airticket, and best sellers 8 book.

Till date i have received the watch and the books but there is no word on the airticket.

appreciate if you could send me the ticket or atleast let me know know how to apply for sectors wanted by me..

as i would like to avail the ticket in Feb 2nd week.
