Unavailability of parts

Dear honda,

this is kislaya srivastava from lucknow who purchased honda stunner cbf on 8th september... from jugal kishore honda lucknow.the bike went through an accident on 1st april..and i took my bike to workshop of jugal kishore from where i purchased my bike. they provided me on written that spareparts will be available on 12th april..when i went there they again provided me with the same excuse that parts are not available bring your bike on after 10 days from 12th april... when i again inquired they again on provided me with the same excuse to bring the bike on 1st of may... but they are not able to solve my problem and only giving the excuses... now when i personally inquired the staff of yours told me that parts are available. if the parts are available then why you all are not solving your customers problem... on 3rd may i again went to jugal kishore honda they said and wrote on paper sealed by them that parts will not be available till 15th june... come after 15th june... in this case i am unable to ride my bike because its not in perfect condition to ride safely... i am fedup by the excuses given and i am going to CONSUMER FORUM because now i think my problem can be solved there only..my phone no. is 8090865988... kindly see into the matter and avail me with the parts... or please its a humble request to kindly close the company if you are not able to provide your services so that none other customers suffer as i am suffering because of you..
