Late delivery & Unauthorised billing

We bought Honda Activa DLX on 29/03 after 5-6 months from the booking date. They have issued T/R & Tax paid receipts today i.e., 09/04 after regular followup for the same. Moreover, they forced us to buy all the accessories at very high prices compared to market prices from them only, otherwise they denied to deliver the vehicle and today they forcely charged Rs. 500/- only for T/R and they issued bogus bill named as " Rajesh Consultancy".

Kindly take necessary action on this dealer to avoid these kind of illegal business.
