Delivery of Activa

I have booked a Honda Activa from Om Sai Honda - Mahim, Mumbai on 06/08 but when I called the dealer he told to make the full payment by 25/11 and get the delivery by 15/01, but I am bit confused as other dealers ask the payment 10 days befor the delivery of the bike, will you please let me know as per company rule by when the payment has to be made.
