Honda activa standard
POOR QUALITY BIKE AND SERVICING

Dear Sir,

1. I had purchased a Honda Activa Standard Model Bike from Samrat Motors, Jyothinagar, Karimnagar on August.

2. I deeply regret to inform you that since the day I purchased the bike there has been some or the other defects arising in frequent intervals as:

(a) At 250 Kms - the headlamp filaments are non functional.

(b) At 500 Kms - the spark plug was found to be defective.

(c) At 700 Kms - the rear wheel got dented.

(c) At 1000Kms - the kick rod was hard and found that the gear had broken, battery completely discharged.

(d) On giving to the showroom, I was shocked to hear that the cylinder bore got worn out, and some multiple defects.

3. The first servicing was carried out on 05 Oct. I had given my bike again to the Fortune Motors, Sainikpuri, Secunderabad on 20 Nov for the repair and I am yet to be delivered the vehicle. On visiting the showroom I could see that the vehicle is totally strip apart.

4. If I have to survive with this kind of quality and unreliable vehicle with its balance service life, I am afraid how long the vehicle would run onroad and drain me off my money in servicing the vehicle with recurring defects.

5. May I request you to kindly look into the matter and respond to the feasibility to provide me a new reliable vehicle against the one given to me at Whooping cost of Rs. 55000/- (approx).
