Honda Activa two wheel scooter
Delay in delivery of vehicle

I had booked Activa on 03.06. after assurence that vehicle will be delivered within 4-5 months. Now he is saying that you have to wait till 2011.What to do? Dealers name is NAVSARJAN MOTORS, receipt no is-1573.If I will not get the delivery in stipulated time I will contact Consumer court on your resposiblity. I am waiting for your response within two weeks.
