Parts not avalible from last 3 months

Sir

it was an accident case mostly half of my vehicle was damaged in it i left my aviator to ajmer branch of Honda that is RAJ HONDA SERVICE CENTER they just repaired my vehicle half and returned it back to me saying that parts are not available and the whole amount of bill was paid by me including the amount of parts which was not avalible and from last 2 months they r saying the same thing parts are not avalible kindly please check ..
