Manager Honda Scooter & Bike,

I purchased Honda Shine 4th Nov from J B Honda Jandhewalan Delhi after 10 days its speedometer stopped working. I went for first service on 19th Nov at Swing Honda Subash Chowk Gurgaon and they promised me that they will replace speedometer with in 3-4 days. After 4 days they have started making excuses that they are not getting delivery of parts from Honda Company because of shortage. I called 5 times at Swing Honda Gurgaon, they every time Promise for tommorow and never fulfil their Promise.

I'm very much shocked to experience that when Honda wanted to sell the bike they called me 10 times a day now there is question of Service after Sales, Honda hardly cares for the Customer.

I just puchased this Bike because of Honda Brand, however Honda proved itself as a thirdrate company who

never care Sarvice after Sales for customer satisfaction.
