CAR STARTING PROBLEM

I purchased honda civic from apex honda santacruz mumbai... this is my 2nd honda car initially I had honda ivetec & last december I upgraded myself to civic.

first 2 months it worked well & in month of feb it started giving problem for starting I did complained ..mechanics came jump started & went after some time again same problem they came again & it started... now 2 days back ie 4th of may again it gave problem & mechanic came & jump started again & next day I went to start it was not & then I complained & asked them to take away the car & to check what is the problem, according to them battery is ok then I really dont know what is the problem... I am fed up & frustrated.

I dont want the car at all & would like to return it to them Also want all my money back with interest paid the my bank & seek a compensation for mental harrasment.
