Honda CB Shine Two Wheeler
Petrol Tank got rusted within one and half yea

I Mr. Shankal Ambokar purchased HONDA SHINE Two Wheeler through your authorized dealer M/s.

Delivery on 15/10.

I regret to inform you that one and half month back i noticed that the petrol tank of my bike

is rusted; i immediately rushed to Jhaveri Auto to register my complaint for the same. I met

Mr. Guru - Quality Control Manager; he told me that he registered my complaint but didn't

given me complaint Number or complaint receipt. He also told me that he will send a mail to

Honda and revert. He didn't turned back so i called him and he informed after one month that

he sent mail to Honda but did not receive any reply from Honda since last one month therefore

they cant replace the petrol tank.

It is agreed that the warranty of my bike is expired but i am not sure when my tank got rusted

as I am not automobile engineer who will check each and every part of the bike everyday.

Also it is not acceptable that the HONDA Bike's petrol tank got rusted in such a small period

of time. In fact I was believing in HONDA so i purchased that brand only but after this

incidence and the treatment given by your dealer i have very bad image of HONDA.

I hope i will receive positive feedback from your end soon.

I have herewith enclosed rusted petrol tank's photo along with invoice Copy for your ready

reference.
