STANDARD WARRANTY

My bike UNICORN got a complaint with gear shifting. And serviced by JOHN'S HONDA Thrissur. They replaced Spring, Gearshiftr (24651-KSP-91) and Spindlecomp., Gear (24610-KSP-91). The problem was within standard warranty period and the in warrantycard warranty covers these parts. But JOHN'S HONDA did not given me any warranty conditions and rejected my request without any reason.
