Overcharging and Cheating

I had sent my Honda City Car for Accident Repairs to Apex Honda at Worli with clear instructions that other than the Accident Repairs nbo other service is to be rendered. This was incorporated in the Service sheet signed by both parties at the time of handing over the car for the agreed job. Subsequently I was charged Rs 4, 000 for Anti-Rust. On my protesting against this unwarranted charge I was told it was orally agreed. Obviously it is their word against mine. I am shocked to see that order can be executed against alleged verbal requests. This is a clear case of cheating. On my insistance on recording a written complaint I swas handed over a " Visitors Book " which obviopusly is never shown to anyone. There was just one entry in that book (that too adverse) in December.

Nobody gave me any feedback form although I did see some forms submited by others.
