Sir,

My car HONDA CIVIC 1.8S met with an accident with a bus and due to this the back of my car got damaged including rear bumper and rear lights. I took my car to the local Honda dealer on 30/9 and till today the parts of the car are not available with them. The car is parked in their car lot and they are keep on saying that the parts will be available soon.

For me it's not easy to do my work without a vehicle but they doesn't care what i say. So its a request from me that some action should be taken.
