Delay for spare parts

I m ashwani kumar, purchased a honda dazzler on 13th aug.2010 by cash payment through S.D honda at Ambala City (Haryana). But Unfortunately after two months my bike got damaged in accident on 25th november. On Same day i reached to the Branch where i have purchased the bike and they have given me the rough estimate which is about Rs 10000/- and that estimate i have submited to the insurance company on other day. But after 2 months there is no response from your side regarding the bike accessories. Every weekend i waste my huge time in the company for getting the bike accessories but every time they told me that we have not got the accessory from the our Gurgaon office. I have also talked to the gurgaon office regarding this matter but not response given me till date. No i am totally harrashed by the company. I will not recommend anybody to buy bike from your company. Kindly resolve my matter otherwise i will do some legal action against your company
