Ignition lock is blocked and not working

I purchased new Honda IVTECH DL 3C BE 3426 on 08/06.now ignition lock is blocked and not working .i m facing problem.since its maintenance from curtsy honda shalimar bagh. At paying a total bill of rupees 36, 000/- rupees out of which 22, 000/- in cash & balance amount paid by insuarance company. AS I verified from some sources the main lock prblem is a manufacturing defect in this IV TECH model. I think my vechle was misused or badly handled by the staff of tha CURTSY HONDA, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi.
