Poor performance and waranty

Just after six month of purchase of bike & only 2200 km of running shocker completely damage as per statement of staff of service centre STAFF & SERVICE MANAGER at giridih SHIVAM HONDA, but they are unable replace or repair. The proprietor of Shivam Honda contacted the company area service engineer regarding this complain but Mr tausik Area service Engineer denied to replace this. Kindly take the matter and do needful.
