Spares not available for repairs

I bought a Honda motorcycle, Twister with registration number RJ14 ZG 4144 in Oct and this bike met with minor accident and is lying with Prakash Automobiles at Noida since 07 Mar. it was deposited on 07 Mar with the dealer. 50 days have passed. Dealer says no spares available. if a bike cannot be repaired in 50 days, it tells on the customer focus of the company. I am planning to take out an advertisement in the papers and also approach the consumer court if I am not getting any response from the company in next 5 days. More over the company web site is unable to process the complaint showing its pathetic attitude toward customer. The Telephone numbers provided on the Website have no facility to reach the service people. Overall it is one of the most pathetic experience of my life.
