Non delivery of the honda aviato

Hello sir

This is sunny S. Jain have booked a Honda aviator white color from Honda pilot (l.b.s marg, mulund {west})

i have booked my Honda aviator white color on 11-11 with a waiting period of 4 months

The authorized person has informed us that the 30% of the amount is to be paid after 4 months of booking and the balance amount to be paid on delivery of the vehicle

But now after 4 months waiting period getting over and while contacting the sales person of Honda pilot he tells us that it will take more 35-40 days for the vehicle and the total amount to be paid now itself...

We are unable to understand that for what the company is asking for more 35-40 days although our waiting period is completed and for what reasons the company is asking for entire payment before 35-40 days as all other substitutes companies ask the balance amount just before a week

We are unable to understand the system of Honda pilot as the entire 4 months waiting period completed, company is asking for more 1 month grace period and on to that the entire amount for the vehicle.

We are totally disappointed by the way of the assistance to their customer

we are ready to give 30% amount cheque now and also a PDC for the balance amount, if the company promises us deliver the vehicle with in 15-20 days.

So we request the concerned person to take a strict action over Honda pilot and help us getting over vehicle ass soon as possible
