Harrasment to customers

I have to mention this to all buying bikes from Dhruvdesh Honda Yelahanka, they are the most unprofessional and unethical company you can ever come across wherein for them customer is a idiot and they are right always.

From the Time i have purchased the bike from them they are constantly harassing me eg when i had an issue for mileage and complained to the customer care manager sangeetha she was so damn rude and went on record saying it cant happen and is not possible to my shock and horror they refuse to even check.

secondly though they have given a detailed document on when the servicing has to be done still 1 month before the due date they will call you and argue that the information that we have is incorrect and we have to do the service as per their demand and the worst part is they never believe and will call you atleast 10 times and even threatening stating we will lapse your warranty BE VERY VERY CAREFUL WHEN U DEAL WITH THESE GUYS THEY ARE PATHETIC AND HAVE THE WORST STAFF TO HANDLE THE CUSTOMERS.
