Honda Shine
Manufacturing fault- Chocobaja

Hello, I got Honda Shine in the month of August. I used it only for a month. The chocobajar had a manufacturing fault because of it it broke. The result was I was threwed out of the bike and I had fracture in my leg in 3 places.By God's grace it didnt happen in the road, instead after reaching home from office while parking the vehicle it happened. Otherwise the loss would be even my life. My Frame # ME4JC36 and Engine# JC36E I purchased the bile on 23.8.10. Can you please help me out to get proper reimbursement from the company??
