Honda Shine
Need 2 sperparts

My new honda shine gray colour was brought on aug and met with an accident on 28 jan and given my two wheeler for the repairs at shreeram bikes and scootrs.shrirampur, nearly one month got over but till now they have not taken any steps and they are saying that they have not got the spare parts. Is this how a reputed company will say to the customer.for this delay in service some action need to be taken. plz. make the parts to be available soon.
