Honda Stunner PGM-FI Bike
Non availability of bike parts

I have bought a new bike STUNNER PGM-FI from Lake city Honda, Udaipur, Rajasthan-313001 on 8/11, Registration Number: RJ 27 SP 9626, Colour: Black- Gray.

A stone was fallen on my bike's Petrol tank on 20 march and this lead to hole in the tank. I have given order for new Petrol tank on 24 March and the order taker had told me that it will come in 7 Days. But still I have not got Petrol tank and I have talk to him 4 to 5 times but he is not giving me right response. Because of the hole in petrol tank I am not able to drive. My heart pains when I think about this that I have invested 79000 rupee on that thing which I am not able to use. Sorry but this matter gives a clue to us that your services are ZERO, at the time of sale they ensure us good services but after sale no one is there to hear our problems. When I go to service center they give me false commitments that it will come in 2-3 days and every time I come with hope that it will come.
