I HAVE GIVEN MY HONDA ACTIVA ..VEHILE NO. HR12M-7899 FOR SERVICING AT SHRI KRISHNA AUTO, DELHI ROAD, SONEPAT STAND, ROHTAK AT 10 AM ON 7/10/10..THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME GIVEN TO ME WAS 3PM ON 7/10/10.

WHEN I GET THERE AT 3PM THEN I SAW MY ACTIVA IS IN SAME CONDITION AS I HAVE LEFT..

THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

THEN THEY ASKED ME TO COME NEXT DAY ..i.e. 4PM ON 8/10/10..WHEN I WENT THERE AT 4PM THEN THEY GAVE ME THE EXCUSE THAT THE CLUTCH PLATE IS OUT OF ORDER... THEN THEY GAVE ME DATE OF 9/10/10 AND TIME 6PM..

WHEN I GET THERE AT 6PM ON 9/10/10.

THEN ALSO MY ACTIVA IS NOT YET SERVICED... GIVING ME THE SAME REASON OF CLUTCH PLATE..SO THIS IS THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OR UNSATISFACTION... PLZ ATTEND THIS..
