Non Supply of Parts

Dear Sir,

My car No. DL 4CNC 4313 is lying at Ring Road Honda (Moti Nagar Body Shop) since 18.8.2011 vide Job Card dated 14.8.2011. The car is handled at the body shop by Mr. Sanjay having Mobile No.9911344902. I have been running from pole to post since last three months for getting repaired the car but the guy there informed that there no supply of the parts of the cars as they have already indented with the principle company. I have made several complaints about this on your customer care help line but nothing has been heard about the supply of the parts required.

It is matter of great concern that the company of such a world repute is failed to meet the requirement of the customer and I have suffered a loss being without my favorite car not only this I am suffering the financial loss as I have to use other mode of transport to meet my requirements.

It is my first and far most bitter experience with the company. I would like to mention that this is my second Honda car I purchased.

I hope a quick and prompt action will be taken and my car would be repaired at the earliest.
