Misbehaviour in the time of taking booking call

Dear sir,

I like to bring your kind attention that I am Dipankar Biswas, a single cylinder gas connection holder under the distributor " Sonar Bangla Gas Service" of Indian Oil at Kolkata. My consumer no is 000015.Propreitor of the said distributor is Mr Subir Sengupta, mobile number - 9339847464, office phone no- 033 24436589.I applied for double cylinder 2 years ago, but till I don't get the same. On quiry they just use to say that letter has been sent to your address, even they don't bother to receive a phone call and cut the line. In spite of they use to delver refilled cylinder after 15/20 days later of booking. This time I have booked for refill on 25.09.09. On quiry on 02.10.09they told me that no booking is made to your name and you have to book again and used felthy language. This is their habit to any consumer. Please look into the matter and take suitable action. Thanking you.
