Not delivery on time

I am a consumer of HP gas service having a consumer no.691091. I had booked my gas cylinder for refill on 25-1 . And my refill registration no. is 953. My gas cylinder had not been received till dated 7th Feb. Please take necessary steps. It never comes on time. plese take request into consideration.
