Efill not delivered even after 10 days of issue of cash memo

I booked a refill for hp gas . my consumer no. 611131. my agency is Ganesh Cooking Gas Services.

i have been delivered a message that against my said booking no. 223472, cash memo no. 184138 dated 2nd march was issued and refill will be delivered within next 48 hrs.. this message was despatched on 2/3 at 11:39:10 am.

but till now, i had not received the refill ie. till 11/3 afternoon.

i fear that my refill cylinder was bye passed and might have been issued to others illegally

kindly check these sort of things for public welfare
