Poor gas supply

Sir,

i live in Kharagpur, west Midnapur district, state West Bengal, here the gas supply is very poor, when ever we consumers are asking about when i will get the lpg supply they are always saying there is no supply coming from the company. But in outside black marcketing of lpg is going on i also have taken lpg in black which costs me 470/-.we consumers are getting mentally harassed what can we do please take immediate action.
