Never book gas on phone

Dear sir

i have a gas connection no. 16133 under name of smt vinay agarwal angeny named singh gas service agra.i always call on the phone no. provided by the angency i.e 0562-2853444, 0562-4003058 but they never pick up the phone.at home gas cylinder is finished so i just call to area manager mr . rajesh singhal for just give me a gas cylinder, but he is saying that he will book the cylinder and send it to my home as soon as possible without giveing me a confirmation till what time or date. the question arises that as early can be also 3 days according to him, till then my family members must wait hungry waiting for a gas cylinder?
