Non delivery of refilled gas

Refer my complaint No. 10046450 of 02 Feband repeat complaint of 04 Feb with HP GAS website. I have booked gas on 24 Jan and 13 days have been passed but I have not received the refilled gas cylender. Kindly direct the delaer to give delivery with out further delay. This is a regular practice by the agent/dealer. What I shall do in future?
