Not distribute lpg at proper time

Dear sir

i am mano devi from garhwa (jharkhand).i am castumer of indane lpg gas . my consumer no is.00873 and the garhwa gas agencies distributers code is.-49070144 . he does not distribute gas at proper time in 21 days he distribute lpg reffil cylender in 40 to 45 days. every day i faces many problem to take reffil cylender . plz take suitable action for this matter.i shall be highly obelised for this act
