Delayed Delivery

This is to bring into your notice that we had registered a request for delivery of Gas Cylinder on 8th of July. After we talked to them again regarding the delivery on 14th July and were assured of a sooner delivery.

Till date it has not been received. We have been facing this issue for last few months now.

Also we have realised that there's a huge discrepancy in the date mentioned on the invoice slip provided by the dealer's man and the actual delivery date.

Like for cylinder booked in the month of May, we received it on 3-6 when the Invoice had date 25-05.

I don't think i need to explain what must have caused this discrepancy it very obvious. I don''t know what action HP is taking to control such misconducts.
