Rude Behaviour Of the Conducto

Dear Sir,

I am a daily traveler for Route No:63, from Vijayanagar to Swastik Circle. On 8/9 in the evening, Route No:63 (Bus No: KA-01, F 3511) was suddenly canceled so I asked conductor that I daily travel by this bus to go to the office so can you pl.let me know for what reason suddenly this route is canceled. Instead of giving me any explanations the conductor started behaving very rudely. So I tried to contact the BMTC help line no but that also was busy. So I humbly request you to look in to this matter & pl.take strict action against that conductor who spoils the name of BMTC.
