Non delivery after Gas booking

I booked gas for home delivery on 02.06.2010 but till today 17.06.10 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call no respons from their end and always busy and they are not picking the phone. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. Consumer Number is 628708.
