Emergency Gas Leakage complaint not working

HP GAS Emergency call no has no relevance or authenticity. We call the emergency no and are routed to IVR menu. Once the leakage complaint is logged, there is a message that the complaint has been registered without giving any complaint no. Its been over 12 days of searching ways to overcome the issue. During this course, imagine the complete cylinder has been emptied. Now just imagine the kind of risk my family was living in if a gas cylinder can get empty at this high a pace.

But HP gas has no concern for the user. There could have been tragedy as well. It is just a sheer intelligence of my mother tat she preferred to put the cylinder in the balcony.

want an explanation of the irresponsive behaviour.

Further HP gas should arrange for executivesin case of GAS leakage complaints and not just rely on the IVR menu.
