REFUND OF RS.6341 FOR CANCEL TICKET

I got booked ticket No.090-3751466659 on 14.08.2010 vide reservation No. Y2HA2Z . Airline confirmation NO.NLYMOG, Flight No.3502 from Chandigarh IXC to Mumbai for 22nd August with depart time 15.50 hrs. and arrival time 18.20 hrs. through Chopson Travels & Tours Pvt. Ltd., Ludhiana.

I reached at flight time at Chandigarh and it came to my notice that the flight NO.3502 was cancelled and preponed to 9.00 hrs from Chandigarh to Delhi and Delhi to Mumbai.

There was no alternative and due to urgency I had to book through another flight vide Airline PNR ULNDN7, E-Ticket No. ULNDN7.

But so far no refund has been made Rs.6341/- need to be refunded immdly.

When I should expect refund?
