Cheating to consumers

Sir,

The Gas dealer at Phulbani named as "Asian Gas, Phulbani" is supplying gas to the consumers in a willful manner. He is misbehaving the consumers. Telephone booking and Godown delivery is totally stopped. One can book for a cylinder after 20 days of delivery of cylinder, but there is no time limit for delivery. He is collecting more money in the name of vehicle charge from the consumers when making door delivery. I have booked for a cylinder on 1.3.2011. My consumer No.is 606846.Already one month have been passed away tilltoday I have not supplied with a single cylinder. I am a Govt.servant. Due to non available of gas in our house not only I myself but also my school going children are facing much dufficulties. Hope your enquiry will escape me from the cheating of the dealer of the gas at Phulbani.
