M/S Mamta Indane
Not getting lpg cylinde

Dear Sir

I have the connection of indianoil under M/S Mamta Indane bearing the consumer no. 755 in the name of Kushna prasad. I have booked my cylinder on 07/03 and the date has been given on the passbook on 13/03, you will get your cylinder, but till date we have not get the cylinder. Whenever my father goes to take cylinder the answer has been given by the dealer's concern persons you will come again the entire cylinder has been distributed. And for this we have to go 3 to 5 times in the very morning at 3.PM but, it is not certainty to get the cylinder. It is not the problem of us but i think it is the problem 50% of consumer also. It is the prctice of dealer and consumer also. Now you can imagine what is the position of there. My father is 58 yrs. old man.

In the above circumstances kindly take appropriate steps as you deem fit and proper.
