Refusal of accepting a fresh Booking

This morning I called up HP Gas Service (19563600) at Kalina, Santacruz (E) for placing an order for a cylinder (Consumer No. 602761). The officer at the desk (Mr. Jagdish) did not take my order saying that a cylinder was delivered on 26th Nov '09 and wants me to call him after 11th Dec '09. The cylinder which was delivered on 26th Nov was booked on 3rd Nov and the officer completely denies saying his records shows that they have taken our booking only on 23rd Dec which is a lie because fortunately we also track when the booking has been placed and when not.
On explaing the officer, he turns to be EXTREMELY rude and tells me that I may complain to whom so ever I want to and no one can do anything to him and immediately hangs off the phone, even though I was speaking to him. I called him again and explaining the situation that since they have alread delayed in the delivery of our previous cylinder, our other cylinder has run out of gas and hence we are placing the booking not knowing when will the delivery been scheduled. He agains howls like a big... and hangs off the phone.
I dont seem to understand how come such officers are placed at such reputed service stations and one like these spoil the name and reputation of not only the officers but also the Company. Request you to kindly explain that one complain can very well bring a difference to his life and working style and also train him how to deal with consumers.
