Non delivery of gas cylinde

Booked gas cylinder in DEVIDAYAL ENTERPRISES Sector-8 Rohini by SMS and also on Telephone No. 999023456 on 27.11.2010. On 18.12 2010 I Made contact on Phone no.27940639 My phone was not attended and kept on hold for fifteen minutes. I Went personally by hiring TSR I was assured to get the gas delivery on 18.12.10 but it is not delivered till 19.12.2010.My Consumer no.is 604358.Please confirm it and take action.
