Regarding Service

Dear Sir

I have purchsed Superspelender on12/4/02008 from Yuva Motors Faridabad. Last month I gave my bike for service to Shiva Motors Tigaun Road Ballbhgarh. After Service I found that bike is not taking accelator. I complaint to the Authorised service centre and the Told me that its cluch plates are nurnt. They replaced the palates and I paid the bill of Approx Rs1210/

After four five days I found the bike is getting heated very much. I again went to them and asked to check it. But they Simply loosened the cluch wire and said its Ok.

After Two weeks again the same problemrepeated and cluch plates burnt again within month

They again replace the plates and charged again 1180. When I complaint to The Owner of service centre he had not heard the complaint.

So I want that strict actio should be taken against Shiva Motors Authorised Service Center Ballabhgarh -Haryana. Why should we visit the authorise service centres only if we are unable to get the satisfaction and proper care.
