HP LPG Gas
Delay in refilling of supply

Sir,

I Sri Mrinal Kanti Majumder of Binodini Avenue Dhankal Hatiara, Kolkata-700157, West Bengal is very much to launch a complaint. My Domestic LPG Gas is of HP, Consumer No- 603641, whose distributor is M/S Mahanti Enterprises 58 Dakshindari Road, Kolkata-700048.This dealer of HP is worst in Customer Care, misbehave with customers and their supply of refill cylinder is abnormally delayed. I booked my cylinder on 8th June but it was not delivered. I physically visited there for three consecutive days and each I was assured of the delivery of the cylinder but still I have not received the cylinder yet.

I am very much upset with such inconvenience towards a customer. Therefore, I want the authorities to look after this matter seriously and hope that the regular customers should not be put into such harrasment. I want you to look forward in this issue and co-operate in getting the supply effective to me with further delay.
