Cheating from Indus Motors, Kollam. Kerala

I booked Swift VDI from INDUS Motors Kollam Kerala on 25.9.09, the executives has promised that if we pay Rs one lakh as booking amount they will deliver the vehicle within 2 days and as per the booking deal the approximate delivery was on 1.10.09 and we paid Rs 153965/- as cash and Rs 4 lakhs as DD from state bank of travancore but till now the vehicle is not delivered we informed the matter to the manager kollam he is forcing to take car accessories worth Rs 30000/- then only he can deliver the vehicle otherwise we have to wait for 3 months.we told we will take accessories worth Rs 15000/- then also he is not ready to deliver the vehicle. then on what basis they had taken the full amount this is case of cheating.
