i have purchase i 10 kappa megna on 3 sep 09 from P.L.MOTER after till the date company not give me registration ceritificate .when i say for a certificate company say that they have loss all the document (my add, my contect no) but they send me company feedback form

when i told my agent for all document they mis behaive me and not tell me any thing about the document
