Mahindra Scorpoio
Poor service

I am Sunil Bajoria. I had purchased a mahindra scorpio TN/69Q/5017 from KOdai Cars (P) Ltd.

I sent my car for services & repairs on 16/8/10 at Kodai cars & had a discussion there with Mr. Faizal inforing him of all the faults in the car.

1. power window not working

2. wiper at back not working

3. light below driver gate not working.

4. proper car wash & air pump for cleaning of car

we were informed after 12 days that the car is reday with all jobs done. Howver when we went to pick up the car, we were surprised to note that almost no work had been done, and the qulity of job done was extremely poor. No one present there was ready to take the responsibility or it was almost like no body cared. after much shouting & argument, one Mr. Arun came and assurred us that all the problems will be taken care off. however even though we waited for more than 5 hours, the job was not done and ultimately at 9.30 PM we had no alternative, but to take delivery in incomplete & dirty condition as we had a 4 hours journey to make to reach home.
